Our Yoga & Polarity Package includes a 45 minute Yoga session followed by a half an hour Fire & Ice session. Saturdays 9am: Sweat & Stretch with Ethan in the Hot Yoga Studio Sunday 9am: Vinyasa with Elizabeth upstairs in The Yoga Room Investment: £20

Cancellation Policy

Sessions are non-refundable but can be rescheduled up to 24 hours before your appointment. Please sign a health declaration form and liability waiver upon arrival. If you have health concerns, consult your GP before attending Polarity. Photos and videos of our venue are welcome, but be respectful of other customers. Please tag us in your social media posts. Non-compliance may result in post removal and service discontinuation. Polarity may on occasion take promotional content around the venue. Please inform a member of staff upon arrival if you do not wish to be included. No shows will be charged accordingly as per you membership policy. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
