Cold Plunge Only
Service Description
For those short on time and just want to pop in for a quick dip, take a shower and then get going. Cold water therapy is not recommend for those who are unwell, or just getting over an illness, i.e. the flu or a common cold. Please make sure you are fit and well before attending, you will be required to sign a health declaration form upon arrival.
Cancellation Policy
Fire & Ice Session Policy Your health and well-being are your responsibility throughout the session. A signed health declaration and liability waiver are required upon arrival. Fire & Ice is not suitable during pregnancy. If you have any health conditions you must consult a healthcare professional prior to booking. Sessions are non-refundable but may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice. Please bring your own swimwear, towel, and shoes/flip-flops for outdoor use. A shower is required before entering the ice bath. Swimwear only—no clothing or shoes are allowed in the sauna or ice baths.
