One hour session
Service Description
One hour use of outdoor wellbeing facilities. Upon arrival, sign in at the front desk, take a timer and enjoy! If it's your first time, and need support in the ice bath, someone will be around for guidance if needed. Just ask a member of staff :)

Cancellation Policy
Fire & Ice Session Policy Your health and well-being are your responsibility throughout the session. A signed health declaration and liability waiver are required upon arrival. Fire & Ice is not suitable during pregnancy. If you have any health conditions you must consult a healthcare professional prior to booking. Sessions are non-refundable but may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice. Please bring your own swimwear, towel, and shoes/flip-flops for outdoor use. A shower is required before entering the ice bath. Swimwear only—no clothing or shoes are allowed in the sauna or ice baths.
