Located in Cwmbran, Polarity is a contrast therapy centre offering an outdoor sauna & selection of ice baths. Our plush outdoor area is undercover and bedecked with warm lighting. The outdoor section includes a 6 person sauna, 4 ice baths, outdoor shower and chill out area.

Inside you will find a small gym area with a selection of weights and cardio machines, we also have a yoga section with mirrors, mats and everything you need to stretch or warm up after your session.

At polarity we also have multiple treatment rooms where you can book a relaxing massage with one of our talented therapists.
